ABOUT
Jordan Flores is of Guyanese and Puerto Rican descent, born and raised in California until the age of six, when he moved with his family to New York. Coming from a proud American family, with his father having served in the U.S. military and completing a tour in Iraq, Jordan grew up with a strong sense of resilience and dedication to service.
He is the Director of Marketing at Giant Steps Press, where he designs innovative strategies and curates content to expand the company’s reach and connect with diverse audiences. His work blends creativity with strategy to strengthen brand identity, build community engagement, and share impactful stories. He began working with the press in the summer of 2025.
Jordan holds a degree in Media Studies from Queens College and is pursuing a Master’s in Marketing at Lehman College. His past experiences span creative direction, digital production, and marketing across education, startups, and independent ventures. This includes leading an after-school media program at a Queens Title I school, where students were taught the foundations of film and design, producing campus films and events at Queens College’s ITS department, and supporting digital campaigns at the youth financial literacy startup MyFili.
Currently, alongside his role at Giant Steps Press, Jordan runs the apparel brand BroadwayPhantom.com and collaborates with small businesses and social organizations to develop authentic logos and brand identities. He brings this blend of media, design, and marketing expertise to craft dynamic strategies that elevate brands and inspire connection. Looking ahead, Jordan aspires to continue growing as a creative leader by working with a notable marketing company, where he hopes to spearhead campaigns that not only amplify brand visibility but also foster cultural impact and meaningful audience engagement.
